RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from KClark Productions, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

KClark Productions, LLC and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, KClark Productions, LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KClark Productions, LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting WentworthCon.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and KClark Productions, LLC or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to KClark Productions, LLC or to products you purchase through KClark Productions, LLC shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Pennsylvania, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate KClark Productions, LLC intellectual property rights, KClark Productions, LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Pennsylvania, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS

By entering any of our contests or giveaways, you agree to join the Wentworth Con mailing list and have your Full Name shared on Social Media. Wentworth Con will never share contact information such as email, phone number, or address. We send advance notice of contests and giveaways and invite you to special mailing list only contests and giveaways. You can remove yourself at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link. (If you cannot find it, send us an email.)

Participation in the Contest constitutes Winner’s consent to Wentworth Con’s use of Winner’s name, likeness, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional, publicity, or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, review, or consent (where allowable).

If you do not want your information shared on Social Media or do not want to be added to the Wentworth Con mailing list, you can opt-out by sending us an email following your contest entry.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Return policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to KClark Productions, LLC. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS

Participation in our Virtual Meet and Greets constitutes ticketholders consent to Wentworth Con’s use of ticketholders name, likeness, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional, publicity, or advertising purposes worldwide in any media and on the World Wide Web, in perpetuity, without further payment, consideration, review, or consent (where allowable).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKETS

In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, KClark Productions will not be held responsible for any financial loss associated with the purchase air tickets or hotel rooms that are not canceled. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any non-refundable items like airline tickets. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last minute illness or other reason given by a celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, KClark Productions is not responsible for any refunds other than separate specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets.

We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing that may be due to customer errors, credit card failures, or system errors during transmission of the order. 

KClark Productions assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by convention venues. All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.

NOTE: ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO AUDIO OR VIDEOTAPING ALLOWED AT ANY CONVENTION. Still photography is for personal use only -- public dissemination and commercial use strictly prohibited.

HARASSMENT POLICY: KClark Productions is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. This applies to our Guests as well. Should someone become inappropriate or appear to be intoxicated, we reserve the right to remove patrons violating these rules from the convention (without a refund) at KClark Productions's discretion. We will have security on site for any issues that may arise. If you see something, say something. Please ask inform a Staff member and ask to speak to Kiana with any problems.

By attending Wentworth Con, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Wentworth Con/KClark Productions and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Wentworth Con/KClark Productions. You release WentworthCon/KClark Productions its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Wentworth Con/KClark Productions or the person or entity designated to do so by Wentworth Con/KClark Productions.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, KClark Productions is not responsible for refunding airfare or any other costs other than the payments made directly to KClark Productions for ticketing. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last-minute illness or other reason given by celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, KClark Productions is not responsible for any refunds other than separate tickets specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets.

Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.

Wentworth Con/KClark Productions reserves the right to change or modify any policy or rule at any time and without notice.
