The Round Table Meet and Greet ($250/TICKET) is an optional add-on experience that includes:

• A 30 Minute Meet and Greet Experience (with 9 other people) with selected Cast Member.

• One Autograph - item not included, must bring your own item to be signed

• One "Selfie" - take the photo with your device

• One photo of your Meet and Greet group - photo taken with our camera, we will email a jpeg after the event

1. What is Wentworth Con?

Wentworth Con is the official fan convention dedicated to the hit Australian drama Wentworth.

We bring fans face-to-face with the stars for a full day of unforgettable experiences—Panels, Audience Q&A, Photo Ops, Meet & Greets, Autographs, Official Merchandise, Vendors, and more.

And of course… one of the best parts—meeting fellow fans who share your love for Wentworth.

2. What time does the event start?

The convention runs approximately 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, ending with autographs. The end time is dependent on the number of fans attending and how quickly the autograph session happens. Times are estimates.

Please plan for a full day. A detailed schedule will be released closer to the event.

3. Ticket Options & Pricing

Single Day – General Admission ($185)

• 3 individual 45-minute cast panels

• 1 group panel (30 minutes)

• Audience Q&A participation

• General seating (first come, first served behind VIP)

• 1 autograph from each cast member (4 total)

Single Day – VIP ($250)

Includes everything in General Admission, PLUS:

• Assigned seating (Rows 6–8)

• Wentworth Con Event Poster

• Wentworth Con Bag

• Priority access to autograph lines (autographs are called row-by-row)

Weekend – General Admission ($350)

• Panels both days (8 total)

• Audience Q&A participation

• General seating behind VIP

Weekend – VIP ($475)

Includes everything in Weekend General Admission, PLUS:

• Premium assigned seating (first 5 center rows)

4. Can I buy tickets at the door?

Possibly—but not guaranteed.

It is likely that the event will sell out in advance. Should we sell out, it will be announced and no tickets will be available at the door. Should we have tickets available, GA tickets will be available at the door. VIP tickets (assigned seating) must be purchased in advance on the website. Our advice - Secure your spot, DON’T WAIT!

We strongly recommend securing your tickets in advance.

5. Can I bring items for autographs?

Yes! You must bring your own item to be signed.
Official merchandise will also be available for purchase onsite, and Photo Ops are printed immediately if you'd like those signed.

6. Are Photo Ops included with admission?

No. Photo Ops are sold separately.

To participate in Photo Op, you must have:

• A valid admission ticket

• A Photo Op ticket

7. Photo Op Details

• 1 Photo Op ticket = up to 2 adults

• Maximum of 4 people per photo (requires 2 tickets)

• Children 10 and under participate for free

8. Are selfies allowed with the cast?

No. Due to time constraints, selfies are not permitted at autograph tables. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

9. Can I use my phone for ticket scanning?

Yes, however this may slow down entry. We recommend printing your tickets in advance for a faster check-in process.

10. Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable, as stated on the ticketing website, at checkout, and printed directly on your ticket.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket by forwarding the PDF to another attendee.

11. When will I receive my Photo Op?

Your 8x10 photo will be printed onsite, typically within 5 minutes after your session.

12. What happens if a guest cancels?

Guest appearances are subject to change due to filming, illness, or other personal commitments.

In the rare event of a cancellation, we will offer a refund or exchange for that guest’s Photo Op only.
Event tickets remain valid. When you purchase a ticket to Wentworth Con, you are purchasing a ticket to the EVENT as a whole, not a specific cast member. As long as the event continues, the tickets are non-refundable.

13. Food & Beverage Options

Food and drinks are available onsite:

• Bistro 128 (Breakfast): 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Gateway City Kitchen (Lunch/Dinner): 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Starbucks Grab & Go: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• Onsite Grab & Go station for lunch during the event (cash only)

Complimentary water stations will be available throughout the event.

Please drink responsibly. Intoxicated guests may be removed without refund.

14. Children Policy

Children are welcome at your discretion.

• Ages 3 & under: free (must sit on a parent’s lap)

• If a child requires a seat → a ticket must be purchased

• Photo Ops: children 10 & under are free

Please be respectful of others and step out if a child becomes disruptive during panels.

15. Parking Information

• Standard parking: $27/night

• Discounted rate: $12/night (for guests booking through our room block)

16. Airport Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle is available from Newark International Airport (EWR).

17. Accessibility Options

We are committed to accessibility and offer:

• Wheelchair-accessible seating

• ASL interpreter seating

• ADA seating (marked with blue ribbon)

Please purchase a General Admission ticket, and our team will assist you at registration.

18. Deaf / Hard of Hearing Services

Certified ASL interpreters are available upon request for all panels.

Reserved seating will be provided for optimal viewing.
Please contact us via email in advance to arrange accommodations. ASL Interpreters MUST be arranged prior to arrival at the event.

19. Service Animals

Pets are not permitted. Registered service animals are welcome.

20. What is a Round Table Meet & Greet? (Optional Add-On)

A premium small-group experience with your favorite cast member:

• 30-minute session (max 10 guests per table)

• 1 autograph (bring your own item)

• 1 selfie (taken with your device)

• 1 group photo (emailed after the event)

Limited to 10 guests per cast member. Limit 1 seat per order.
